Do you provide the necessary software to link our website with your Electronic Offertory service?
Electronic Offertory provides many tools to help you integrate our service directly to your website. These tools can be accessed anytime from our service. The following tools are currently available to create:
- Donor Signup Links
- Donor Login Links
- Donor Login Form
- Donation Page Links
- Sample HTML
- Donor notification emails
Once donors choose to give online, are they transferred to another site or can we maintain the “look” of our own website on the giving page?
Since the donor information that is collected is confidential the site must be secured with advanced 128bit SSL encryption. All confidential information like bank or credit card information will be collected on our site.
Regarding the look and feel, we brand your account to match your existing website. I have included a few links so you can see the branding in action.

Do you offer all payment types, check, credit card, debit card, etc.?
Yes, we offer ACH (echeck), Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your church or organization is not required to offer credit cards to your members. If you do require credit cards we will walk you through the process.
Do donors have control over payment options, i.e., weekly, monthly, once & done? Yes
Do they have control over what day the money is drawn? Yes
Can they change a payment when they set up recurring payments? Yes
Do you send auto reminders to donors so they can confirm the amount, increase or decrease the payment amount or change the draft date? Yes
Are they able to print out their own statements and/or receipts? Yes
Electronic Offertory give donors the freedom to give how and when they want. Donors have complete control over when donations occur, there frequency and how long a recurring donation will continue.
Donations can be one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually. They can even have complete control over the day in which their donation is made. Your donor portal is reconciled daily so your donations reach you as quickly as possible. We process transactions Monday-Friday excluding federal business holidays similiar to a bank.
Donors are sent email notifications for all donations and can even print their own tax receipts.
What is the cost breakdown for your service?
Startup Fee: $195.00
Monthly Fee: $50
ACH Transaction Fee: $0.30 + 0.5% ($5 maximum)
There are additional fees for credit card donations that are determined by the credit card processor.
